Player of the Year Award

The Calgary Golf Association, is pleased to announce the
"Player of the Year Award".

This format is similar to the system used by Golf Digest whereby the top twenty players
and ties in each tournament are awarded points from a maximum of twenty for the winner
down to one point for the twentieth place.

A factor is then applied to these points based on the tournament prestige and strength of the field.

The Player of the Year is awarded on the following five C.G.A. sponsored events:
